East Coast Exotic Cars operates an Australian-based automotive business providing selected automotive products, vehicle-related solutions, sourcing assistance and related services.

2. Website information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information, images, specifications, prices and descriptions on our website are accurate and current.

However, automotive products may vary between production batches, vehicle specifications and suppliers.

We reserve the right to correct typographical, pricing, specification or availability errors.

Nothing on the website is intended to override your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

3. Product compatibility

It is important that customers confirm vehicle compatibility before ordering vehicle-specific products.

Where necessary, we may request additional information to assist with fitment.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, compatibility information should not be treated as a guarantee that a product will fit a vehicle that has been modified from its original specification.

4. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is not considered accepted until we have confirmed the order and/or processed payment.

We may decline or cancel an order where:

• a product is unavailable;
• there is an obvious pricing or description error;
• we are unable to verify the order;
• the product cannot reasonably be supplied; or
• circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent supply.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide an appropriate refund.

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice before an order is placed.

Once an order has been accepted, the price applicable to that order will generally not change except where an obvious pricing error has occurred or otherwise permitted by law.

The content of this website, including text, photography, graphics, logos, branding and other materials, belongs to East Coast Exotic Cars or is used with permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia and, to the extent applicable, the laws of Queensland.

Any dispute will be subject to the applicable courts and tribunals of Queensland.
